The Women's Civic Club was founded in 1913, one year before the founding of the borough. Its mission is to support and promote the enhancement of The Borough of Stone Harbor through charitable and civic activities, by fund raising assistance, public awareness, and education.
The clubhouse was built in 1937, rebuilt in 1963, and is used by the Borough for civic and cultural activities. The clubhouse is also available for rentals and is particularly popular for wedding receptions.
